These are the collection of computer programs I wrote over the course of
my PhD studies and forseeable long road ahead in research of the heart,
cells, or whatever I can put into lines of code.
Interpolation Toolbox
A collection of matlab programs for multi-variate interpolation and
approximation of scattered data. The toolbox includes following
families of techniques:
- Inverse Distance Weighted Methods
- Shepard's method,
- Modified Shepard's methods,
- Weighted Least Square Approximation,
- Radial Function Based Methods
- Hardy's Multiquadric Interpolation,
- Thin-plate Spline technique
- Multiquadric Approximation
- Triangulation Based Interpolation
- Triangle-based Linear Interpolation
- Tetrahedron-based Linear Interpolation
- Triangle-based Blending Interpolation
Computer Model of the Cardiac Ventricular Action Potential
A dynamic model of action potential of ventricular cells based on single
channel measurements from guinea pigs. The program is based on Luo and Rudy's
model of 1991 and writen in Matlab.
