BSPM Data Files

There are 4 different files of data in this directory, each saved in MATLAB formats 6 and 7. To download the data, right click on the following links:g
  1. The torso geometry file in MATLAB format.
  2. Lying (on the back) position in MATLAB Version 6 and also in MATLAB Version 7
  3. Left side position in MATLAB Version 6 and also in MATLAB Version 7
  4. Right side position in MATLAB Version 6 and also in MATLAB Version 7
  5. Sitting position in MATLAB Version 6 and also in MATLAB Version 7
I have also included a script file that will launch map3d and place 4 windows on the screen. This will only work for Mac OSX and Linux but should serve as a guide for a Windows script
