Matmap Documentation

Software Description

The matmap software originally stands for "matlab mapping software" and was developed as a tool to process the data from the epicardial mapping experiments at CVRTI. Currently the software includes far more functions, but the emphasis is still on processing data files acquired at CVRTI. This document is intended to give a short overview of the matmap software and illustrate how to accomplish some common tasks in the software. Currently the software package resides in the directory /mom/u/jeroen/matmap and consists of a directory tree filled with matlab m-files and some matlab mex-files (files written in C that can be executed by matlab).

Software Reference

The reference documentation contains a description of every function in the toolbox. This part of the documentation has been rendered automatically from the comments in the m-files themselves. In case documentation is missing, it has not been entered in the m-file. This reference documentation serves as generating an overview of all the functions currently available.
