Activation sequence mapped from a 2.5 by 2.5 cm area of anterior left ventricular canine epicardium. Signals obtained using Di-4-ANEPPS as a voltage sensitive dye and a Dalsa CCD camera to collect flourescent signals. Animation shows the sequence of activation from a centrally located stimulation site (red represents areas at rest, blue represents activated areas).
